Della is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors of the ICF North Florida Chapter, and is a member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School Affiliate.   She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and completed Value Measurement for Health Care executive education at Harvard Business School.
