Shaw, CPC, ACC, ELI-MP, is an executive leadership coach, strategic partner, and facilitator with more than three decades of C-suite experience in the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors.  Her real-world experience means that she is uniquely prepared to partner with you in finding real solutions to the challenges you face.

Della completed her coach training at iPEC, an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP).  She is an iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is also a Certified EverythingDiSC Workplace Facilitator, Certified in the Hogan Assessment including the Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, Hogan Motives, Values Preferences Inventory, Hogan Advanced Interpretation Certified, Hogan Advanced Feedback Certified, Accredited in Systemic Coaching for Work Resilience,  and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).

Della is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), serves as President of the Board of Directors of the ICF North Florida Chapter, and is a member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School Affiliate.   She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and completed Value Measurement for Health Care executive education at Harvard Business School.
