Executive Leadership Coaching

All leaders face challenges that get them stuck. Sometimes you need an outside partner who can listen without the filters of organizational politics and hear without judgment. It would help if you had a safe place to try your thoughts and plans and get clear feedback moving you forward.

Leaders need coaches. 

My role as your coach is to support you as you overcome the challenges you face, help you become the leader you want to be, and create the future you envision - for yourself and your organization. I will partner with you to build a road to that future and help keep you on track.    

How it works:

• We begin with a six-month to one-year engagement. During that time, we will meet in scheduled bi-weekly coaching sessions and may connect between sessions as needed.

• We may start with an assessment that helps me get to know you better and helps you see yourself through a different lens. I am certified in several industry-leading assessments such as Hogan, DiSC, and  Energy Leadership Assessment, which allows us to choose the one that will be most beneficial for your journey.

• Our scheduled sessions will be on Zoom or other video platforms that allow flexibility for your busy schedule, no matter where you are.
